- A: Yes, you have access to both collections and can choose 1 perfume a month from either, with the option to add more as a one-time buy.
- Q: What happens if I don’t use my monthly credit?
- A: We'll send weekly reminders about new drops. If you don't make a selection, our AI ScentButler will pick a perfume for you based on your preferences.
- Q: Can I use my credit to buy 2 or more perfumes?
- A: Yes, you can redeem 2 perfumes from the Black since it's unlocked and not the Silver, using your credits for one and paying extra for the second.
- Q: What will happen if I cancel my subscription?
- A: If canceled before 7 days of the next payment, we won't charge. Otherwise, we'll charge for that month, send the perfume(s), and then cancel.
- Q: Do you ship outside the UAE?
- A: For now, we just started to ship in Dubai and other Emirates but not regionally or globally. We are working on expanding our regions soon.
- Q: What happens after I subscribe, check out, and pay?
